Bylaws
Fomento de Fundaciones is an entity with its legal personality and complete capacity to act. It is governed by Law 50/2002 on Foundations and by its bylaws, which define its objectives, activities, functioning, and organization. It operates primarily abroad but also domestically.
The Foundation pursues three main objectives within the cultural sphere:
- The free satisfaction of physical and intellectual needs and the promotion and defense of sociocultural values that enrich society.
- The channeling of funds for cultural purposes: managing spontaneous contributions and public or private fundraisers to support various cultural initiatives.
- Promoting the right to establish foundations for the general interest: Promoting the right to create foundations for the general interest.
